In the State of Florida, Possession of Cocaine is considered to be a 3rd degree felony at the least.  And depending on how much cocaine you are accused of being in possession of when you are arrested, will determine the severity of the charges.  Depending on what the formal charges are, you may be eligible for a Drug Court Program, or a Pre-Trial Intervention Program.  For more information on Drug Court and Pre-Trial Intervention Programs, click here.
